InfoTrust is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join our growing contracts team. In this role, you will help manage the daily contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, primarily supporting our Sales team. You will work closely with our Contracts Specialist, enabling them to focus on larger strategic initiatives like CLM management, policy development, and compliance.

  • Manage the end-to-end workflow of designated contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Finance) and external customers to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and other agreements.
  • Ensure the consistent application of InfoTrust's policies and standard language across all contract types to mitigate risk.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract data in our CRM (Salesforce) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system -- We use IronClad.
  • Assist the Contracts Specialist with projects related to process improvement, template management, and compliance initiatives.
  • Experience in a contracts-focused role (e.g., paralegal, contracts administrator) or a formal legal education.
  • Experience with or knowledge of the digital analytics, digital media, or a related professional services industry.
  • Proficient in the redlining and negotiation process, with the ability to balance business needs with risk mitigation.
  • Strong business acumen, allowing you to balance the need for speed in the sales cycle with effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and a self-starter who is adept at version control and managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Agile and flexible, with an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative by nature, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, such as Ironclad.
