About The Position

We are seeking a Contracts Associate (Business Development) with solid communication skills, a driven mindset, strong computer skills, and a willingness to learn and work as part of a team. A problem-solving mentality is essential. This role is a blend of transactional accounting and inside sales, involving customer communication, collaboration with internal employees, reporting, and handling sales information.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in sales and order management

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding billing and general inquiries.
• Work with invoices and input billing information into the system.
• Support the operations group with transactional accounting tasks.
• Handle quoting responsibilities.
• Collaborate with internal employees and work with sales data.
