Lead the re-contracting process for existing customers, transitioning them to our contract structure with clear guidance and communication. Develop and implement strategies to streamline the re-contracting process, minimizing customer disruption and enhancing satisfaction. Manage the end-to-end annual renewal cycle for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business (SMB) customers. Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing SMB accounts in collaboration with Customer Success team. Guide customers through complex contracting processes, including approvals and procurement workflows with Deal Desk teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and renewal pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce experience preferred). Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Success, and Sales Operations teams to ensure contract accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the contract lifecycle, clearly communicating key dates, deliverables, and next steps.
