Requirements

  • Doctorate degree.
  • Or Master's degree and 2 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience.
  • Or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience.
  • Or Associate's degree and 8 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience.
  • Or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in contracts and pricing; have a good foundational understanding of the US provider & payor environment.
  • Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different styles.
  • Previous experience building financial models and/or working with large amounts of data.
  • Experience navigating the evolving U.S. healthcare system with specific interest on the interactions between Government and Healthcare.
  • Exceptional written/oral communication skills and executive presence across functions and across different levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the OBU Latest Estimate Discount Rate (LEDR) process, pricing and contracting scenarios, contract decisions, and LRS (long-range strategy) management.
  • Support inputs for major US (brand planning, quarterly business reviews, access strategy alignment, semester meetings) and Global milestones, including collaborating with Global Access Leads on product strategy.
  • Lead pre-deal analytics for OBU products to determine viability, profitability, and recommendations regarding future coverage scenarios.
  • Support CIQ (deal making platform) activities and maintaining contract performance trackers.
  • Support slide deck/materials development for key strategic meetings as needed.
  • Gather, analyze and synthesize cross-functional information across a variety of sources to support scenario-planning and customer insight development.
  • Constructively challenge teams by providing disconfirming information and encouraging innovative problem solving.
