About The Position

The Contracts Analyst is an exciting opportunity providing support to contract managers by reviewing, analyzing, drafting and negotiating MultiCare contracts. In this dynamic role, you will apply your contract expertise as you assist with a range of complex, routine and non-routine contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in law.
• Paralegal degree/certification preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience developing, implementing, operating or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support required.
• Negotiation skills required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts, amendments, and statements of work in accordance with company policy, legal requirements and specifications under the guidance of the contracts manager.
• Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions for routine contracts.
• Ensure all assigned contracts are executed per policies, uploaded to the contract database and linked to applicable purchase orders; maintain the contract database with all required data including expiration/renewal date, product information and related licensing terms.
