Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. What You Will Do Support the Contracts Senior Manager, by executing multiple small- to medium-sized projects. Collaborate closely with functional partners, including Program Management, Requirements and Capabilities, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Property, and Global Trade. Review new U.S. Government, commercial, and international customer requests for information (RFIs), solicitations, terms and conditions, contracts, bailment agreements, teaming agreements, research and IP licensing agreements, and other types of agreements, to include support for the following: Evaluate requests for proposal/solicitations for compliance with company policies and standards Proposal development and negotiations, including coordination of term and conditions, scope and price Day-to-day contract administration, including reviewing and processing contract modifications and incoming and outgoing correspondence Maintaining historical contract database and records Contract closure Travel up to 25% domestically when circumstances permit. Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree
  • This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)
  • U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Experience with financial aspects of contracts and other business arrangements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities
