Join our dynamic team as a Contracts Administrator and play a key role in managing customer and supplier interactions, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining accuracy across our systems.

  • Managing relationships with large suppliers and handling inquiries via email and phone.
  • Updating contracts and pricing to reflect current agreements.
  • Processing account requests for new customers.
  • Booking collections across the UK based on customer job requests.
  • Maintaining and updating our in-house system, Trade 2.
  • Ensuring daily purchase ticket information is accurate.
  • Informing customers of invoice weights and securing payments promptly.
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by the Depot Manager or Head Office.
  • Proven experience in a busy office environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Customer service experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of confidentiality when handling customer and supplier account information.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently using your initiative.
  • Detail-oriented and a good listener with problem-solving skills.
