Join our dynamic team as a Contracts Administrator and play a key role in managing customer and supplier interactions, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining accuracy across our systems.
Managing relationships with large suppliers and handling inquiries via email and phone.
Updating contracts and pricing to reflect current agreements.
Processing account requests for new customers.
Booking collections across the UK based on customer job requests.
Maintaining and updating our in-house system, Trade 2.
Ensuring daily purchase ticket information is accurate.
Informing customers of invoice weights and securing payments promptly.
Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by the Depot Manager or Head Office.
Proven experience in a busy office environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Customer service experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of confidentiality when handling customer and supplier account information.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Team player with the ability to work independently using your initiative.
