About The Position

The Contracts Administration Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the creation, execution, and management of commercial contracts that support organizational goals. This role ensures that all agreements are legally sound, compliant with company policies, and aligned with business objectives. This role partners closely with the Sales, Legal, Contract Advisors, Finance, and Operations teams to minimize risk, optimize business outcomes, and support revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract management, commercial negotiations, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract structure
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational capability
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or enterprise sales environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems is preferred
  • Paralegal certification or advanced legal training is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Contract Development & Negotiation Draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, TCs and amendments Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align contract terms accordingly Ensure contract language is clear, consistent, and reflects company priorities
  • Contract Management & Compliance Manage the full contract lifecycle Ensure contract accuracy prior to execution Maintain an organized repository of all agreements and track key terms, obligations, and expiration dates Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and follow up with internal/external parties as needed Improve and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Manage team of 6 full-time staff Partner with Sales teams during deal cycles to accelerate contract turnaround and support revenue enablement Work closely with internal Legal Counsel to understand and manage contractual updates Provide contract training to internal teams and serve as a subject matter expert on contract processes
  • Process Optimization Streamline contract workflows to increase speed and consistency Implement contract management tools, systems, and best practices Track KPIs (cycle time, volume, risk trends) and prepare reporting for leadership

Benefits

  • The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $143,000 per year.
  • As pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
  • For regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs.

  • Paid leave includes up to 6 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents.
  • Additionally, employees are eligible for short-term disability leave for up to 26 weeks at 100% or 50% of base pay as well as Long-Term Disability insurance.
