As a Contracts Administration Specialist, Senior within PNC's Supply Chain organization, you may be based remotely within PNC’s footprint. We are seeking a Contract Admin Specialist Senior to oversee the approval, signature, and storage of our third party vendor contracts. You will be responsible for conducting a quality review on contracts, business and financial approval routing, contract signature and ensure storage in our system of record. When the contract is in your care, you will be responsible for monitoring the progress and managing it through until completion. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with contract authoring guiding principles and applicable policies. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail while being able to prioritize, manage their time effectively and think logically. General Excel skills are encouraged as monthly and quarterly reports are produced by our team and presented to leadership. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, a keen eye for detail, be flexible, and willing to think “outside the box” in a fast-paced environment. Job Description Negotiates, prepares and manages a variety of contracts for products or service acquisition. Interacts and coordinates with vendors, departments and accounting personnel to facilitate contract implementation. Assists with monitoring new or revised contracts and potential suppliers for adherence to outlined standards. Assists in the development of operating policies and procedures for the department. Compiles financial and operating reports and analyzes information for department and/or regulatory reporting. Monitors department performance against goals and objectives. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
