Yourself and all of your employees or whomever you would have on our jobsites must be able to pass a background check. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Perform needed repairs on reconstruction jobs following a schedule as outlined by the Paul Davis Project Manager. Perform assigned repairs in a timely manner. Complete all assigned repairs with the highest quality. Additional Requirements: Contractor’s License Valid Drivers License Have your own tools Have reliable transportation Presentable and accountable at all times Excellent customer service Clean Background Professional Demeanor at all times Quality Workmanship Complete work orders correctly, with great quality and on time Able to work in a fast pace environment Able to work independently on jobsites Skills PDR is Looking for: Acoustic Tile Siding (All types) Cabinets (install, build, repair) Carpet and/or Upholstery Cleaning Ceramic Tile Concrete Debris Removal Decks Demolition Electrical Fences Finish Carpentry Flooring / Covering Installation Carpet, vinyl, Laminate, wood, tile, etc. Foundations Furniture / cabinet Refinish Garage Doors Heating & Air Conditioning Insulation Installation Blown in , foam, Bat, Etc.
