About The Position

Amkor Technology Arizona is looking for an English - Korean translator and interpreter who can proficiently translate and interpret between English and Korean. This contract role will provide support at Amkor's new Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) factory/site in Peoria, AZ.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant translation and interpretation experience in English-Korean languages.
• Demonstrated proficiency in translation and interpretation.
• Native-level language skills in written and verbal formats.
• Local and resident of Arizona.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Fire Protection Engineering.
• Experience in translation and interpretation at local construction sites in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide English - Korean translation and interpretation support within Amkor Technology.
• Perform simultaneous interpretation for meeting and conference materials.
• Attend and support overseas project meetings.
• Interpret for presentation materials, related documents and various written materials.
• Coordinate the receipt and delivery of official government documents and support other related office tasks.
