As a Contractor Special Security Officer at Booz Allen, you will play a critical role in coordinating and monitoring an intelligence community security program, ensuring compliance with both government and company security policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include conducting security briefings and local security education programs, liaising with outside agencies, and keeping upper management informed of all investigation results. You will implement standard security procedures, participate in fact-finding missions, manage access controls, and coordinate the control and distribution of classified documents. Additionally, you will communicate security procedures and policies to employees and subcontractors, leveraging your expertise in various security fields such as personnel security, document control, visitor control, physical security, classification management, and prime and subcontract DD Form 254 administration. You will also prepare for and participate in security compliance audits and vulnerability assessments, ensuring that all security measures are effectively implemented and adhered to. This position requires a proactive approach to security management, with a focus on protecting corporate and client personnel, information, facilities, programs, and capabilities.
