About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities: Complete assigned equipment installs in designated locations Assists in warehouse prep of equipment for installs Responds to assigned service calls for equipment repairs in a timely matter Communicates with supervisor and team to efficiently manage assignments Troubleshoots gaming devices and repair as needed Manages inventory of the route vehicle to ensure parts are available when needed Interacts with clerks, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise Completes all necessary documentation for device entry and logs Performs auditing and diagnostic work on equipment Delivers product from company location to customer locations

Requirements

Minimum of one to three years relevant experience.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Proficient with basic PC skills
Must be 21 years of age
Must pass a background check
Must be able to pass a drug test
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Must have a flexible work schedule availability, some evenings and weekends
