  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFCs.
  • Coordinate with various teams to gather input and address concerns.
  • Attend RFC Related meetings including pre-coordination, concept review, and TEMs.
  • Facilitate RFC review and approval processes.
  • Validate RFCs for completeness and consistency.
  • Review RFCs for alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and address potential issues or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive RFC documentation.
  • Establish and update tracking systems to monitor RFC progress.
  • Provide status updates associated with all RFCs at the weekly staff meeting.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on RFC process best practices.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among teams.
  • Analyze RFC process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to improve the RFC process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • 8–12 years of project/program management experience within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale technical programs with complex integration requirements.
  • Proven experience with NITFS RFC Process.
  • Experience with requirements and configuration management tools and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management, metrics development, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
