About The Position

This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Contractor Plumber IV Annual Salary: F76D: $65,841.00 + Full state benefits Travel is Extensive - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. This is a 4 day work week schedule 6:30 am - 5:00 pm M-Th. On-call 24 hours per day/7 days per week. Job Responsibilities : Position is responsible for the performance of highly skilled, complex plumbing work, designs and plans plumbing systems as well as supervises the work of others in maintenance and repair of such systems. Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, fire alarm systems and equipment in Agency owned facilities or designated areas in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Industries Board. Responsible for supervision and assignment of work detail for assigned journeyman and other trade staff; estimates and orders materials and equipment for assigned projects and staff; provides interpretation of technical blue prints and prepares necessary projections for labor costs. This position requires frequently lifting 50 to 150 lbs, pushing/pulling of 50 lbs. Must be able to travel. Position requires six (6) years of experience as a licensed journeyman and must be licensed as a Plumbing Contractor with the Construction Industries Board. Requirements
