About The Position
SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our therapy team. This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing for flexibility in work location. Our team is dedicated to assisting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in achieving their highest level of independence through customized treatment plans. We provide services for both children and adults, utilizing positive programming and non-aversive strategies to enhance the quality of life for our clients. Our evidence-based programs are designed to promote positive, active, and social lives for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), or mental illness. Clinicians will conduct appointments in various community-based settings, including residential homes, schools, and workplaces.
