About The Position

PACE LLC is currently seeking a Contracting Support (Advanced) for a full-time position. This role will provide a full range of procurement and contracting services in support of the customer's acquisition activities. The position supports a United States federal agency, which is a government contracting client of PACE LLC.

Requirements

  • Greater than 10 years demonstrated experience in contract closeout
  • Proficient in simplified acquisition of commercial items
  • Experience exercising an unlimited contracting officer warrant
  • Experience with Brand name justifications
  • Experience working with a wide range of commodity and service requirements
  • Executed cradle to grave contracting, fixed price contracts and fixed price variations
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Demonstrated skill in cost contracts
  • Working knowledge of defense and agency level FAR supplements and procedures
  • Knowledge of all changes of the FAR including the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)
  • Proficient in acquisition planning and source selection
  • Educated in Milestone Development
  • Effective communication and writing skills
  • Experience in supervising contracting professionals, leading teams and providing customer engagement
  • Experience with Agile contracting methods (Commercial Solutions Opening, Broad Agency Announcement, Other Transaction Authority)
  • US Citizenship
  • Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and hold a TS clearance
  • Experience with Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Contract Closeout Module, SharePoint, Records Application Management (RMA) or similar federal procurement applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS)
  • Experience with government contract writing/filing systems
  • DAWIA Level II (Contracting) or a Back to Basics Contracting Professional certification or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree containing appropriate focus on business disciplines (accounting, finance, business administration, law, economics, public administration, managerial administration, etc.)
