Requirements
- Experience supervising commercial construction projects

- Ability to manage schedules, crews, and jobsite logistics
- Clear communication with field teams and management

Responsibilities
- Direct and manage on-site crews and subcontractors
- Monitor daily progress, schedules, and quality of work
- Enforce safety standards and building regulations
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
- Support the Project Manager with reporting and documentation
