About The Position

AOM Infusion is seeking a Contracting & Credentialing Specialist to support our payor contracting, credentialing, and intake processes. This role will also support contract organization and management in partnership with the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer. This position is ideal for someone experienced in healthcare payor credentialing, provider enrollment, and contract administration who can manage recurring tasks with precision.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in healthcare credentialing, payor enrollment, or contracting required (infusion, specialty pharmacy, or home health preferred).
  • Strong understanding of commercial payors, Medicaid, and provider enrollment workflows.
  • Comfort navigating CAQH, Availity, state Medicaid portals, and payor enrollment portals.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities and stakeholder needs (growth vs. operations vs. compliance)

Responsibilities

  • Manage recurring credentialing and re‑credentialing for all existing payors across markets.
  • Complete and submit payor applications, attestations, demographic updates, and enrollment maintenance tasks (CAQH, Medicaid portals, commercial payor portals).
  • Track credentialing and enrollment statuses, expirations, and required follow‑ups.
  • Prepare and maintain credentialing files, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Organize / mobilize sensitive information from diverse internal/external sources.
  • Prepare contracting packets, payor forms, and enrollment‑related documentation required for new contract execution.
  • Assist with verifying network status, contract terms, coverage details, and enrollment IDs as needed by Intake/RCM.
  • Manage contract storage, tagging, and organization in LinkSquares.
  • Support data hygiene working with VP, Payer Relations ensuring metadata, key terms, and renewal dates are clean and searchable.
  • Assist in summarizing payor contracts into standardized templates (rates, terms, notice periods, service carve‑outs).
  • Support contract lifecycle reminders, renewal tracking, and document routing.
  • Assist with document execution workflows in accordance with AOM’s signatory policy.
  • Prepare meeting notes, track action items, and organize compliance documentation.
  • Support light administrative tasks such as updating templates, maintaining repository folders, and pulling contract extracts.
  • Maintain master lists of NPI, NCPDP, taxonomy codes, state Medicaid IDs, and payor‑specific identifiers.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in payor portals and credentialing applications.
  • Assist with maintaining policy acknowledgment logs, required licensure files, and compliance‑related documentation tied to contracts or operations.
  • Help track vendor contracts tied to clinical operations (labs, delivery services, specialty drug suppliers) within LinkSquares.
