The Opportunity As part of the Legal Services team you review, draft, and negotiate complex agreements. As a Director, you set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role involves managing legal risks, providing legal advice on regulatory issues, and maintaining compliance with the firm's risk management practices.

Requirements

Juris Doctorate
5 years of legal experience or PwC experience
