About The Position

Connected Care is seeking licensed clinicians in California to provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapy using evidence-based practices. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and allows clinicians to focus on delivering quality care without the administrative burdens typically associated with managed care organizations. Clinicians will be compensated at a rate of $80 per hour for their services, with a minimum commitment of four hours per week.

Requirements

• Active, current, and in-good standing license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Ability to submit documentation through Connected Care's electronic health record system.
• Adherence to professional and legal requirements including Business and Professional Code, HIPAA, and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning, and individual and/or family therapy.
• Document the care provided using the electronic health record platform.
• Set a flexible schedule to meet practice needs with a minimum of four hours per week.
• Correct documented services as needed in response to audit recommendations.
• Notify Connected Care of any pending or actual litigation or investigations that may impact licensure or insurance.
