Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred
• Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with technology and digital documentation
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team

• Experience in home modification work

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications
• Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques
• Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning
• Work closely with our Director of Clinical Operations to share findings and support process improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic system

Benefits

• Contractors are paid on a monthly basis, within 2 weeks of the previous month’s end
• Paid per completed evaluation, which includes travel to/from client’s home, the evaluation itself, and documentation
• Additional payment for extended travel if needed, with prior discussion and approval
