The Contract Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This position is based at Texas Health Corporate in Arlington, TX, and offers the flexibility of remote work at the manager's discretion. The role emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and comprehensive training, providing a supportive environment for professional growth.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure they meet legal and regulatory requirements and align with company policies.
  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial request in Icertis or ServiceNow through execution, renewal, and termination, using the Icertis platform.
  • Ensure contracts comply with legal standards and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, real estate, facilities, and construction teams, to gather requirements and ensure contract terms meet business needs.
  • Provide training and support to users of the Icertis platform, contract requesters, and contract owners to ensure effective utilization and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in the Icertis system. Ensure all contract data is properly entered and managed.
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing contract data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • 4 years of contract administration experience in a hospital or healthcare environment required.
  • 2 years of contract application experience required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract lifecycle management applications.
  • Familiarity with compliance and risk management practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of business law and contract law.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Real estate, facilities, or construction contracting experience preferred.
