About The Position
BAI Inc. is seeking a Contracts Closeout Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC. This individual will provide on-site contracting related support to a Government Agency Contract Closeout Office. Candidates will analyze contract documents, maintain electronic spreadsheets, interface with DCAA/DCMA and prepare/track contract closeout forms. Candidates will assist in the process of de-obligating excess funds as required from current and completed contracts; supporting the preparation, generation, and performance of all contract closeout actions, documentation, and data entry as required; overseeing and assisting with tracking and reporting the contract closeout files from the Government.
