Coordinate, track, and evaluate a broad range of contracts within the Facilities Design & Construction Division.
Plan, assign, and supervise the work of others as needed.
Perform cost analysis and supplier qualification.
Conduct contract negotiations and ensure compliance with state laws and purchasing policies.
Monitor and evaluate contract performance and adherence to HUB Good Faith Effort policies.

Four (4) years of experience in state of Texas procurement or contract development, management, evaluation, and monitoring.
Extensive knowledge of state laws and statutes regarding contract management practices.
Knowledge of the state's purchasing policies and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to perform cost analysis and supplier qualification.

Experience in managing contracts for state agencies.
Familiarity with the Texas Facilities Commission's operations and services.
