  • Provide guidance regarding contract administration, policies, and procedures to contractors and stakeholders.
  • Experience in interpreting policies, rules, and regulations of State and/or Federal laws.
  • Experience with HHSC Community Care Services programs preferred.
  • Experience in contract management and monitoring preferred.
  • Full-time work experience in the health and human services field preferred.
  • Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) certification required within the first year of employment.
  • Knowledge of contracting and procurement regulations.
  • Skill in managing multiple priorities and projects.
  • Ability to problem solve and mediate.
