The ideal candidate must be highly organized with strong attention to detail. They should be a quick and intuitive thinker, a problem-solver, and a multi-tasker who can maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must be a strong team player who values collaboration and is open to diverse perspectives.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business administration, mathematics, accounting, economics, or relevant work experience.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to detect errors and inconsistencies.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred, especially in environments involving contract management, customer data updates, or operational workflows

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and understanding the details of sales contracts governing customer accounts.
  • Updating, auditing, and maintaining customer records and internal data in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
  • Accurately provisioning customer accounts in internal systems using details from contracts and Salesforce.
  • Working with customers and sales teams on contract renewals.
  • Communicating contract details to sales teams and client support teams.
  • Verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies in accordance with company rules and guidelines, using internal system data, customer contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation accompanies contracts and maintaining digital and hard copies of pertinent records.
  • Performing assigned duties for the month-end and year-end closeout of all billing and contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
