About The Position

Zema Global, a leader in energy and data services, is seeking a Contract Specialist to join our US team. You’ll be a critical part of our legal and operations functions, managing the full contract lifecycle and ensuring that agreements across the business are compliant, organized and strategically sound. This role offers exposure to both US and international business operations, giving you the chance to make an immediate impact across departments.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in a contract-focused role, including international contracts.
  • Skilled in reviewing and redlining customer, vendor, and employee agreements.
  • Proven ability to design and implement contract management processes.
  • Track record of working cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Sales, and Finance teams.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Denver, Colorado.

Nice To Haves

  • Paralegal certification or law degree.
  • Experience in energy, data services, or financial services sectors.
  • Familiarity with creating and managing recruitment or contract projects on platforms like LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate and manage customer agreements, vendor contracts, and employee agreements.
  • Ensure contracts meet legal and company standards. Partner with HR, Sales, Finance and Legal teams to identify and address risks.
  • Implement and maintain a streamlined contract management process, including document organization, version control, and centralized storage.
  • Handle international contracts and support state and government registrations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Work with various departments to keep contracts current and aligned with company policies and risk frameworks.
