About The Position

As Samaya’s Contract Senior Brand Designer, you will drive the visual identity and brand execution that powers our GTM motion, website, marketing assets, and external presence. You’ll partner closely with Design, Product, and GTM teams to create consistent, high-quality visuals while enabling the core product design team to stay focused on system-level and feature work. You will own the creation of high-impact decks, 1-pagers, marketing assets, social visuals, hiring materials, and event collateral - ensuring Samaya presents a unified, polished brand across every touchpoint. Your work will accelerate sales, strengthen our presence in the AI/finance ecosystem, and elevate how Samaya tells its story to the world. This is a unique opportunity to shape the outward expression of a fast-growing AI startup. You’ll work across cross-functional priorities, contribute to a high-velocity GTM engine, and define the scalable brand systems needed as Samaya expands. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys creative ownership, and wants to have a direct impact on how a category-defining company shows up in the world.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio across brand, marketing, and visual design
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality decks, campaigns, and marketing assets
  • Experience designing for fast-paced environments with tight turnaround cycles
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, take in feedback, and deliver polished work quickly
  • Prior experience owning cross-channel design: digital, social, and print

Nice To Haves

  • Strong motion design or social animation skills
  • Experience with brand systems, scalable templates, and multi-surface identity work
  • Familiarity with marketing website design and landing page best practices
  • Background supporting GTM, sales, or event marketing in a high-growth startup
  • Experience collaborating with product designers and understanding product-to-brand alignment

Responsibilities

  • Own design execution across GTM 1-pagers, sales decks, conference presentations, and partner collateral
  • Create social media visuals, blog graphics, and explanatory diagrams that elevate storytelling
  • Design hiring, recruiting, and event materials including LinkedIn visuals, posters, and flyers
  • Develop onboarding and internal decks to support company-wide communication
  • Produce product walkthroughs and marketing enablement assets in partnership with GTM teams
  • Maintain brand cohesion across all surfaces — website, decks, marketing channels, and product-adjacent experiences
  • Build and maintain scalable templates, light design systems, and repeatable asset libraries
  • Support the redesign and evolution of Samaya’s website and marketing pages
  • Deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround work that frees the core design team to focus on product and design system priorities
