We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for a full-time, 3-month (with the opportunity to extend) 1099 contract to support electric vehicle (EV) voucher processing efforts. This contractor will oversee software development and data-focused projects within the Data Insights and Analytics (DnA) team, specifically targeting medium- and heavy-duty EVs, buses, and innovative mobility solutions. As part of the Tech Team, the contractor will lead day-to-day coordination of HVIP voucher processing projects—driving progress on software development, data collection, and continuous process improvement. Using Waterfall and Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, this role will manage project workflows, run team meetings, and ensure strong cross-team collaboration and execution. This contract role will play a key part in delivering the next phase of HVIP program success. Responsibilities include managing project scope, timelines, and budgets; aligning team resources; documenting requirements and policy changes; and synthesizing data outputs for internal and external stakeholders. A background in technical project management—especially within data or software environments—is highly preferred.
