Primary Location: United States (US) - North Carolina - Cary Function: Marketing and Sales (CA) Title: Contract Sales Auditor - 118411 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As a Contract Sales Auditor for John Deere AG and Turf Division located in Cary, NC, you will: Audit government agency purchase orders to ensure compliance with state and federal contracts Utilize JD systems to process quotes, issue dealer credits, request reinstatements from JDF, and issue customer invoices Resolve issues for internal and external stakeholders Answer agency and dealer phone calls via Touch Point and ExpertConnect VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position

Requirements

Accounting or bookkeeping experience
Prioritization and time management skills
Problem solving
Agile and adaptable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the dealer channel
Experience managing relationships with dealers and customers
One or more years of experience in an accounting/bookkeeping/business role
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent related work experience

Responsibilities

Audit government agency purchase orders to ensure compliance with state and federal contracts
