Contracted Registered Nurse in Alamosa, CO Visiting Angels Southwest Colorado Visiting Angels is seeking a Contract Registered Nurse in the San Luis Valley Would you like to set your own schedule? Visiting Angels Contract RN’s job duties include assisting with providing quality care to our Veteran clients in Alamosa, CO and the surrounding area. Our contract RN’s do this by providing scheduled assessments for our Veteran clients and communicating with Visiting Angels as well as the Veteran’s Administration as necessary to ensure our client’s have the best care for their situation. Responsibilities
- Performing Regular RN in-home 1-Hour assessments
- Effective Communication with the Visiting Angel’s Care Management Team regarding Veteran Client’s Needs
- Communication with the Veteran’s Administration as needed
- Providing quality care to our Veteran Clients throughout their assessments
