Roofstock is seeking a talented and customer-obsessed contract Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator. The TA Coordinator will be supporting a team of 2-3 recruiters and reports to the Sr Manager of Recruiting. You will be involved in a wide variety of people and recruiting related projects bringing impeccable organization and detail orientation to the team. A main focus of this role will be to support the TA team with the coordination and scheduling of candidates while partnering both internally and externally with all stakeholders in the hiring process. As the company grows, and grows quickly, this role is critical to the success of the organization. The successful candidate will have impeccable communication skills and be able to uphold confidentiality.
