The primary responsibility of the Contract Field Recruiter is to find, engage, and select diverse talent to meet hiring goals for an assigned region, business function, or group of businesses and to act as a talent expert and advisor for Hiring Managers. The Field Recruiter will report to the Field Recruiting Leader, which will include full lifecycle recruitment and interaction with various field leaders and hiring managers to define job requirements, understand business goals, and identify, source, screen, attract, and build a diverse pipeline of candidates to meet hiring goals. This role will work closely with other Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, and Human Resources associates and may require some travel locally (branches, seminars, etc.), or out of town (branches, hiring/team events, etc.) to support recruitment activities. Ideal candidate for this role must be willing to commit to 3 month contract assignment.
