At Clearway Health, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for the recruitment services for both exempt and non-exempt roles across Clearway Health. A successful talent acquisition partner will contribute to the goal of attracting and retaining the most qualified and productive employees for the Clearway Health organization. You will build partnerships with various levels of management with assigned department oversight to understand requirements and contributions of each role being sourced. As a talent acquisition partner, you will develop and implement specific recruiting strategies to target ideal candidates and increase sourcing efforts. You will support leadership with a consultative approach, sharing recruiting trends, specific business intelligence and various recruiting activities. This contract Recruiter role will focus primarily on Pharmacy based positions including Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Liaisons, and Staff Pharmacists. This is a short-term contract opportunity (approximately 3-4 months), ideal for someone looking to contribute quickly and make an immediate impact. While this role will have no guarantee of extension, the possibility of extension will be based on performance and organizational needs
