About The Position
The position involves sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. The recruiter will screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers. The role requires providing timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, managing the candidate pipeline, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Additionally, the recruiter will build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and utilize data to improve hiring processes. The position also includes assisting in onboarding new hires and attending job fairs to promote the organization.
