About The Position

In four years of profitable growth, we’ve scaled to over $20M of revenue with blue-chip clients like DoorDash, Shopify, and Harry’s. We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our tight-knit, entrepreneurial team. About the Role Final Interviews (90%) Becoming knowledgeable across a span of specialized roles - this may include technical functions such as data analytics or customer operations; client-facing roles like business development, customer success, or sales; & more Conduct final interviews post our international team’s interviews (currently based primarily in the Philippines) Serve as the final decision maker before a candidate gets introduced to a client - you’re the “gatekeeper” of holding the bar high! Working closely with US Recruiting Leaders to sound through decisions and solve challenges in the pipeline and the quality of candidates Working with our international sourcing and recruiting team to provide feedback on candidates and insights to fine-tune searches Recruiting Initiatives (10%) Initiatives to help drive our continued efforts to improve our process, candidate, and client experience Proactively voicing and driving improvements in our process, and particularly high-impact projects, directly improvingthe quality of our matches

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting (inclusive of offshore/remote recruiting), with both international and US-based talent; strong preference for candidates who have recruited in Latin American countries.
  • Proven staffing agency experience in fast-paced, growing environments.
  • Strong interview and candidate assessment skills across multiple functions with a particular focus in data analytics roles, specialized/”sticky” roles, or other hard-to-fill niche verticals.
  • Comfortable serving as the final decision-maker for candidate quality before client introduction.
  • Familiarity with gency environments.
  • Track record of maintaining high standards and ensuring only top talent advances.
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to work closely with US Recruiting Leaders and global teams.
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to drive initiatives that enhance candidate and client experience.
  • Quick learner with readiness to step into temporary leadership/coverage roles as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of handling 20+ interviews weekly.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Metrics-driven, with experience working toward KPIs such as churn rates and placement ratios.
  • Must be based in the St. Louis metro area, with an ability to work in our STL office four days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to tools like ATS platforms, sourcing databases, or recruiting automation tools.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interview techniques and structured interviewing.
  • Ability to mentor, train, or upskill junior recruiters.
