About The Position

We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our tight-knit, entrepreneurial team.

Requirements

• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Strong understanding of various functional roles in the tech and marketing sectors
• Ability to work collaboratively with international teams
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards in recruitment
• Experience in driving process improvements and initiatives

Nice To Haves

• Experience in recruiting for software, e-commerce, and digital agencies
• Familiarity with KPIs related to recruitment and candidate placement

Responsibilities

• Conducting final interviews post our international team, currently primarily in the Philippines
• Acting as the final decision maker before a candidate gets introduced to a client
• Maintaining high standards for talent as the 'gatekeeper'
• Gaining knowledge across various functional roles such as PM, Digital Marketing, Data Analyst, and Customer Service
• Collaborating closely with US Recruiting Leaders to address challenges in the candidate pipeline and quality
• Providing feedback to the international sourcing and recruiting team to fine-tune candidate searches
• Driving initiatives to improve processes and enhance candidate and client experience
• Proactively voicing and implementing improvements in recruitment processes
• Training with GAX Lead to cover during parental leave (Jan - March)
