About The Position

Link Solutions is seeking a Contract Program Manager to join our team at Patuxent River, MD. Must be a US Citizen DoD Secret Clearance required Non-remote (relocation incentive available) Our Contract Program Manager will serve as the overall lead and program administrator that directly interfaces with Government stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure that mission objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are being achieved. Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Must have at least ten (10+) years of relevant IT Program/Project management.
  • Must have IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
  • Must have BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Information Technology, or related fields.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring service delivery meets established service level agreements (SLAs) and mission objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor contract management procedures, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Manage tasking, workload distribution, and performance of personnel.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Drive strategic planning for future initiatives, system improvements, and evolving mission requirements.
