About The Position
As the Contract Packaging Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and hands-on management of all contract packaging opportunities and associated activities. This key leadership role collaborates with cross-functional teams, builds scalable and repeatable processes, and ensures exceptional quality standards. This includes processes around filling seeds, vials, various components, kitting, assembly, and preparation for shipment. The Contract Packaging Operations Manager will report directly to the COO and is a member of the company leadership team.
