About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Contract Optimization Analyst | Process Improvement Analyst 2 [MontCo0018017] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Norristown PA Across The CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region supporting A county government in the State of Pennsylvania (known as MontCo), Philadelphia, and is part of the Delaware Valley metropolitan area and is the third-most populous county in the state, with Norristown as its county seat.. Seeking Contract Optimization Analyst candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government and Public Services Sector Clients such as MontCo. This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Process Improvement Analyst 2 Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Operations (Contract Optimization Analyst) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Montgomery County PA (MontCo) | County Finance Department Generally Located In CONUS - Norristown PA and across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).

Requirements

Expertise in contract management, contract lifecycle optimization, and financial modeling.
Experience in public sector procurement and contract evaluation required.
Bachelor’s in Finance, Legal Studies, Business Administration.
3–5 years of experience in contract or performance analysis.
Contract analysis, Excel, cost modeling, financial forecasting, vendor metrics.
Analytical reasoning, attention to detail, business writing, problem-solving, regulatory knowledge.

May assist legal or procurement teams in preparing renegotiation strategy decks.
Delivers performance dashboards for leadership and contract owners.
Supports category management strategy and post-award contract performance reviews.

Responsibilities

Review and assess contracts for pricing inefficiencies, non-performance, and terms misalignment.
Provide data-driven recommendations for renegotiation or termination.
Create benchmarks and monitor contract KPIs.
