Lead client-side contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and secure optimal terms
Analyze vendor proposals, contracts, and pricing models to identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation
Develop and implement negotiation strategies tailored to client needs and organizational objectives
Establish strong relationships with vendors and clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
7+ years of experience in contract negotiations, procurement, or cost management, with a focus on client-side operations
Strong understanding of contract law, financial analysis, and negotiation techniques
Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings and favorable contract terms
