About The Position
Piper Companies is looking for a Contract Negotiations Manager to join a a premier healthcare organization in Columbia, Maryland. This is a long term opportunity with a great hybrid schedule!
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
- 7+ years of experience in contract negotiations, procurement, or cost management, with a focus on client-side operations
- Strong understanding of contract law, financial analysis, and negotiation techniques
- Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings and favorable contract terms
Responsibilities
- Lead client-side contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and secure optimal terms
- Analyze vendor proposals, contracts, and pricing models to identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies tailored to client needs and organizational objectives
- Establish strong relationships with vendors and clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships
