As a Contracts Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by managing contractual obligations, mitigating risks, and fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.

  • Lead the review, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including liability, indemnities, warranties, and penalties.
  • Provide contractual guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, from bid preparation to project close-out.
  • Monitor contract performance, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations and deliverables.
  • Manage change orders, claims, and variations, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Identify and assess potential risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to address disputes and claims effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, tools, and templates for contract management.
  • Provide training and mentorship to project teams on contractual matters.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the energy, engineering, or construction industries.
  • Proven experience in managing complex contracts for large scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and commercial principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
