About The Position
The Contract Manager at Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is responsible for overseeing contract management for assigned projects within the New Generation Systems (NGS) Business Unit. This role involves collaborating with Project Managers to understand commercial obligations and liabilities, maintaining a Risk Register, and ensuring standardized procedures are followed to optimize financial opportunities and minimize penalties throughout the contract lifecycle. The Contract Manager plays a crucial role in the Claim Management team and is expected to coordinate contract reviews, document potential liabilities, and support financial recovery strategies.
