About The Position

ID.me is seeking a Contract Manager to provide end-to-end contract lifecycle management, from planning and negotiation to post-award administration. This role ensures that contract processes deliver maximum value, mitigate risk, and align with the organization’s business goals. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism. Familiarity with public sector contracting (at the federal or state and local level (SLED), specifically GSA Schedule contracts, is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years of progressive corporate contracts or procurement experience.
  • Strong understanding of corporate contract compliance processes and/or strong understanding of Federal or SLED procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with different contract types (State and Local procurement vehicles, FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ, etc.).
  • Ability to serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external contracting officers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize and convey complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Salesforce or other contract management tools is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Certificate or industry certifications from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), DAWIA, or FAC-C are strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Salesforce or other contract management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support projects related to regulatory compliance and process improvements, maintaining accurate documentation and communication across departments.
  • Recommend and execute process enhancements and improvements; document current policies, processes, and protocols to help ensure consistency; manage contract repository and engagement data to ensure the company achieves full value from contracts
  • Interface regularly and effectively with business partners and professionals, as well as external clients, regarding execution of responsibilities, and to drive desired outcomes; apply good judgment about risk and growth to protect the organization by creating contracts from the agreed, standardized templates and clauses
  • Set up and maintain contract files, ensuring data integrity within the company’s contract management systems.
  • Review terms and conditions to identify and summarize key provisions, risks, and obligations — including financial terms, acceptance criteria, delivery requirements, intellectual property, termination provisions, and indemnification.
  • Track contract lifecycles — from initiation and review through execution, performance, and closeout.
  • Assist with special projects, including contract research, audit preparation, and due diligence.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
