This role offers an excellent opportunity to oversee and drive the contract lifecycle across multiple business units within a complex corporate environment. You will manage all aspects of vendor agreements, from drafting and negotiation to execution and ongoing maintenance, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Information Security, HR, and Sourcing. You will also consolidate and manage contract data within a central system and support initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions. This is a highly visible role with strategic impact, requiring strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Manage all stages of the contract lifecycle, including review, negotiation, onboarding, maintenance, and termination of vendor agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Security, HR, and Sourcing to ensure contracts meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, structure, and negotiate contract terms, including pricing, service levels, and business conditions, advocating on behalf of the organization when needed.
  • Maintain accurate contract records within the contract management system and report on status, compliance, and key metrics.
  • Support merger and acquisition activities by reviewing and integrating contract obligations and managing related issues.
  • Develop and conduct training on contract management tools and processes for internal teams.
  • Assist in the creation and improvement of standard contract templates and departmental procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Business, Finance, or related field (required); Master’s or Juris Doctorate preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management, vendor management, or legal administration within a corporate or financial institution setting.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor agreements, including SaaS, software, hardware, and professional services contracts.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, make timely decisions, and work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Strategic thinker capable of independently managing complex contractual issues under pressure.
  • Competitive salary range of $88,500–$147,600 annually.
