So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us. We are seeking a high-autonomy Contract Manager to take full ownership of our legal documentation lifecycle. SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE... In this role you will collaborate closely with Everpure's procurement team and you will be part of Everpure's Best Legal Team on the Planet. You will negotiate contracts with Everpure's vendors and assist the procurement team with various legal requests. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who anticipates needs and maintains composure under pressure. Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are essential. What You’ll Need To Bring To This Role... Provide contract review and negotiation support for inbound transactions contracts, including on vendor paper, working closely with the procurement team, and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as: IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and others. Offer proactive legal support to a fast-growing team, requiring a strong track record in managing multiple matters. Draft, review, and negotiate Everpure vendor templates and various vendor agreements, including but not limited to: Master Services Agreements, Master Subscription Agreements, software licensing agreements, leases agreements, SOWs and more. Collaborate with Global Procurement and Finance on strategy, process improvements, and the creation of legal templates and training sessions. Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of NDAs, SOWs, and POC agreements to keep the sales pipeline moving. Manage "one-off" contracts, tailoring standard templates to meet specific client needs without compromising company interests. Deliver rapid legal support to internal clients, manage risk effectively, and uphold high standards of responsiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in contract management, agreements review and negotiation, or as a commercial paralegal.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, managing and negotiating vendor agreements, including: for the purchase of hardware, software or SaaS / cloud solutions.
  • Have the ability to quickly establish trusted relationships with your internal clients.
  • Must be able to work effectively and collaboratively with a growing legal team and cross-functionally with Puritans at all levels of our organization.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit grace under pressure.
  • Be comfortable operating in changing and challenging situations.
