We are seeking a Pelvic Health Contract Manager who will partner directly with the field sales organization as a strategic thought partner to shape deal strategy, guide pricing decisions to grow revenue and share, and own the end-to-end contract lifecycle across complex hospital, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), and regional integrated delivery network (IDN) customers. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, pricing, finance, and negotiations. The successful candidate will bring strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and the confidence to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Partner with the field sales organization to shape deal strategy, support negotiations, and enable pricing decisions aligned with corporate objectives. Leads negotiations for multi-year independent hospital, IDN, and ASC contracts. Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including bid preparation, term negotiations, redlines, execution, renewals, and amendments. Negotiate commercial terms and conditions under parameters as set forth by management in conjunction with Sales, Legal and Marketing. Analyze contract performance, pricing trends, and customer behavior to identify pricing leakage, competitive risk, and opportunities for optimization. Leverage portfolio-based contracting strategies to maximize share capture. Guide internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing) through pricing strategy discussions, approvals, and trade-off decisions. Lead initiatives to improve and implement contracting operating mechanisms, including reducing turnaround time, simplifying processes, improving contract compliance, and leveraging contracts to grow revenue and share. Support internal and external business reviews by providing clear, data-driven insights on pricing performance and contract outcomes.
