The position of Contracts Manager/Paralegal is located in Monmouth Junction, NJ, and is part of a small, experienced in-house Legal team. The role involves supporting the Legal department in the review, drafting, and compilation of varied and complex business contracts across the organization. The incumbent will ensure compliance with company policy, government specifications, and other legal requirements while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to support accurate, timely, and compliant negotiation and execution of contract agreements. Additionally, the role includes assisting with operational and administrative projects related to business and legal operations.
