The Contract Manager will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and managing complex product sales contracts, technical equipment agreements, and procurement contracts for our certified electric charging infrastructure product line, with a focus on aviation related deployments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Management, Pre-Law, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation
  • Proven track record in complex technical sales contract negotiations
  • Deep understanding of technical product specifications and requirements
  • Strong comprehension and communication skills
  • Proficiency in contract management software and CRM systems
  • Technical contract drafting and review
  • Technical sales negotiation
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Complex technical requirements interpretation
  • Pricing and commercial terms development
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time, including internationally.

Nice To Haves

  • Legal background and/or Law degree
  • Experience with aviation or transportation sector product sales
  • Background in electrical or charging infrastructure technologies
  • Understanding of technical product and related deployment requirements
  • Knowledge of international sales and technology regulations
  • Familiarity with FAA or transportation-related technical standards

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and execute technical product sales contracts
  • Negotiate complex product procurement agreements
  • Draft comprehensive technical specifications in support of various agreements
  • Negotiate digital services, maintenance and implementation agreements
  • Manage contract lifecycle from initial proposal to final execution
  • Conduct technical and financial risk assessments for proposed agreements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, supply chain, engineering and legal)
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, BETA standards and regulatory requirements
